The ratio between the highest and lowest paid members of staff in 2021 was 2.0:1. All our staff are paid more than the real living wage.
The mean gender pay gap in 2021 was -9.2% (women on average earned 9.2% more than men). The mean gender pay gap in 2020 was -3.8% (women on average earned 3.8% more than men).
