Hours: 17.5 hours per week, 12 month fixed contract

Salary: £25,423 (£45,762 pro rata)

We are recruiting a Head of Fundraising to lead the strategy, planning and delivery of individual giving in the organisation. This is a new role that has been created as a strategic priority to provide the organisation with additional fundraising capacity and expertise to grow supporter income.
The role involves:
- Leading the strategy and planning process across all individual giving activities including acquisition, retention and stewardship, across all online and offline channels as well as legacy and major donors fundraising
- Developing online and offline fundraising appeals and materials and leading on all digital fundraising activities including building forms, setting up social media fundraising campaigns, designing and building supporter journeys and writing fundraising copy
- Working closely with our communications and campaigns teams to align fundraising asks to key messages and moments
You will be joining a small but dynamic campaigning organisation, with a highly skilled, friendly staff team and a strong values-based culture centred on anti-oppression. We operate a shorter working week where full time roles are now 31.5 hours with no change in salary and part time roles are pro-rata of a shorter working week.
