Senior community organiser
Hours: Permanent, full-time (31.5 hours per week)
Location: Greater Manchester (home-working), with travel
Salary: £40,985, rising to £46,129 in 4 annual increments

We are seeking an experienced community organiser, based in Greater Manchester, to help develop and grow our network of groups of people in debt campaigning for solutions to the UK’s household debt crisis. We’re looking for someone who is skilled in the use or organising tools such as one-to-ones and power mapping and understands what is needed to build the power of people with lived experience of injustice.
You will have the ability to reach out in a community to find people who want to be part of a group campaigning on debt, launch groups and support them to develop, run and win campaigns.
